Yes — walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Booking ahead is the surest way to lock in your preferred time and tech, especially for evenings and weekends.
Two to three weeks of chip-free wear with proper care. We use OPI Infinite Shine, CND Shellac, and Gelish — all professional-grade, salon-only formulas. Avoid hot water and harsh chemicals for the first 24 hours.
We ask for 24 hours notice on cancellations or reschedules. Same-day changes or no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service. We get it — life happens — just let us know.
Absolutely — bridal parties, birthdays, corporate events. For groups of 4 or more, contact us directly for a custom quote and reserved time block. We can host up to 10 guests in our back room.
We love our younger guests age 8 and up. Ages 6–7 are welcome by request — please call ahead so we can set up. Under 6 we recommend our sister location downtown which is set up for tiny guests.
Yes — physical and e-gift cards in any amount. Perfect for last-minute gifts, stocking stuffers, and birthdays. Buy them in studio or request one by email — we mail them out the same day.
Free parking in the plaza lot directly in front of the studio. Street parking on Markham Road is also free after 6 PM and on Sundays. The 102 Markham bus stops right outside.
